Q by Q is a component-based building system that gives certainty to clients. By approaching a building as a series of components and manufacturing them off-site using BIM and an industrialized construction system, we can guarantee the time, cost and quality of a project upfront.

Flexible, high quality design

We have designed and engineered a panelised system of walls, floors and roofs, based on a grid, that can be assembled into almost any shape or size to create limitless typologies. The client can furthermore customize their cladding and materials, ensuring that the final result is completely unique to their taste and purpose.

Rapid manufacturing + assembly

Components are built in factories using automated, closed panel construction. Once groundworks are completed and the components are delivered to site, buildings can be assembled in as little as a matter of days.

Material Safety

Our manufacturing system is committed to reducing waste and maintaining resources. By manufacturing everything off-site, the components and materials are kept safe and avoid the threats and damage that can occur on traditional building sites.

Containerization

Every panel is designed and built to be stacked into standard size shipping containers, to allow global transport to even the most remote locations.

Intelligent Panels

Q by Q panels integrate MEP services wherever possible and applicable. By building these features into the panels themselves, we are able to reduce the time needed onsite to complete the project.
